IN A NUTSHELL

We are looking for a motivated working student in Performance Marketing (f/m/x) who is ready to dive into the world of online and digital marketing. In this role, you will be directly involved in our performance marketing activities, from the optimization of Amazon marketing campaigns to the efficient expansion of performance channels such as Google Ads.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support for Amazon PPC campaigns and optimizing and scaling search/shopping campaigns on Google/Microsoft Ads.
• Analyze marketing data and optimize campaigns, initiate tests based on your findings.
• Developing creative ideas for paid social campaigns and content that appeal to our target audiences.
• Actively participate in solving challenges such as Google Ads/Amazon policy changes, bidding competition and selecting the right keywords to achieve target CPO/ROAS goals.

YOUR PROFILE

• You are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g. marketing/digital marketing, advertising/communications, economics/statistics, media studies/journalism, psychology/sociology, or a related field).
• You have a strong interest in online commerce and digital marketing and are a creative mind that can generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
• You are characterized by a proactive attitude; self-motivated, with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• You have very good written and verbal German (C1) and English skills.
• You are confident with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• BIG PLUS: You are confident in front of the camera and can imagine creating user-generated content (UGC) with us.

HIRING PROCESS

3. Case Study: This might be the most fun part. We will ask you to prepare a short assignment and submit your results within a given amount of time.
4. Meet your team: Within a videocall you will meet our Head of Marketing and Performance Marketing Manager. Time to talk more about technical facts and the work within the department at BRAINEFFECT.
5. Office Interview: Even though it is very convenient to meet online, we would like to invite you to our office and give you the chance to get to know us in person.
