Claim Management: You support our claim management process by receiving and administering defective parts, conducting failure analysis, executing tests at test stations, and forwarding components to suppliers if necessary
Guidelines & Documentation: You collaborate with the development department to create guidelines for analysis and document quality requirements of our products and components
Quality Improvement: You support our team in various operative and strategic projects for quality improvement and independently perform analyses for quality assessment
Data Analysis: You provide the data basis and support in in-depth data analyses and evaluations
Your fitness level
Engineering Studies: You are a student in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, quality management, or a similar field
Technical Skills: You have a very good technical understanding of mechanics and electronics
Work Style: You thrive in a team environment and work in a structured and independent manner
Language Skills: You are fluent in English and ideally also in German
Tool-Skills: You get plus points for basic knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, and G-Suite (Sheets, Docs)
