As an A/V Engineer, you will be a technical owner and subject-matter expert for VERSANT’s enterprise audio/visual, telepresence, and workplace experience systems. Reporting into the Workplace Engineering Manager, Unified Communications (UComm), this role is responsible for designing, standardizing, and evolving the technologies that shape how employees navigate, collaborate, and engage within VERSANT offices.
You will lead the technical design of conference rooms, collaboration spaces, executive environments, and large-format A/V installations, while also owning the engineering standards for digital signage, wayfinding systems, and workplace seating displays. This role is expected to define repeatable, scalable patterns that integrate A/V, collaboration platforms, and physical workplace experiences.
You will play a central role in delivering the state-of-the-art workplace technology experience for VERSANT’s new HQ, establishing room typologies, device standards, signage architectures, and integration models that will be replicated across 20+ global locations. You will collaborate closely with UComm, Network Engineering, Workplace Product & Operations, Facilities, and Cyber Security to ensure these systems are secure by design, resilient, and operationally sound.

Salary: $50,000 - $55,000
