We are looking for a Workplace Security Manager to ensure the safety of our workplace, assets, and operations. In this role, you will develop and implement security protocols, oversee security operations, and maintain a secure and efficient working environment.

Responsibilities
Developing, implementing, and updating the company’s physical security policies and procedures
Managing security operations, including access control and surveillance systems
Conducting risk assessments and physical security audits to identify potential threats
Responding to security incidents and implementing corrective actions
Coordinating with building management to maintain a secure working environment
Requirements
7+ years of experience with security systems and emergency response procedures
Knowledge of access control, CCTV surveillance, alarm, and other security systems
Effective leadership and crisis management skills
Strong communication skills for coordination and reporting
Excellent command of English
Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
