As a CRM Manager, you will partner with members of the marketing and product teams to determine the most effective ways to use CRM in support of our marketing initiatives. You will design and implement creative strategies to support these initiatives, optimizing CRM delivery to drive player engagement and retention. This role will be a key driver of monetization and personalization efforts across all of Wooga’s marketing channels, elevating how we communicate with our players.
You will report to the Lead CRM Manager, working closely with other CRM Managers, Marketing Managers, and Product Leads to understand the needs of each product team at Wooga and to develop effective ways to set up and use our CRM platform to help these teams achieve their goals.
