We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven (growth) focused product manager to join the Freeletics team. You will contribute in shaping the future of our team and the company. You will be driving product delivery for a global application, working with a dynamic cross-functional team of talented UX Designers, Engineers, and UX researchers. You will drive conversion initiatives that will increase Freeletics' growth and profitability and a user experience for Freeletics that aligns with our mission, vision, and strategy and brings delight to our customers.
Your ResponsibilitiesCR Optimization & Monetization Initiatives: Identify white space areas for optimizing CR ( across web, app, organic & in-organic channels), increase traffic to FL organically - SEO expertise, drive CR optimization (e.g., more content/emotional/positioning vs. more technical way) & focus on how to improve CR (impulse and non-impulse)Roadmap Prioritization & Optimization: Co-define and manage roadmap topics from an I vs E perspective (taking all factors into account), monetization metrics & benchmarksCross-functional Team Leadership: Co-define, drive, and monitor set KPIs, drive the cross-functional crew in alignment with the strategy, leverage your stellar project management skills to execute co-defined topicsYour ProfileProven experience (ideally 5+) as a (growth / front-of-funnel / conversion focused) PM for B2C products with a track record of successAbility to operate in an agile, dynamic, and collaborative environmentStrong prioritization, A/B testing, and test process optimization skillsExpertise for B2C app growth with customer obsessionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsLeverage strong creative flair and a bias for emotional/psychological design thinking to craft compelling user experiences that drive conversions and monetizationComprehensive understanding of the software development cycle and experience with agile project management tools such as Jira and ConfluenceNice to have: Experience with health, fitness and wellness digital products, features, or (and) initiativesEstimated Salary Range
