Duration: Seasonal/2025 Baseball Season (Tent. March - October)
Status: Part-Time/Hourly
Groups and Shift Times
Hose Crew (night games: 6am – 1:30pm & day games: 2am – 9:30am)
AM Crew (night games: 7am – 2:30pm & day games: 1am – 8:30am)
Event Crew (night games: 3:45pm – 11pm & day games: 9:45am – 5pm)
PM Crew (all games 10pm – 5:30am)
Position Summary: The San Francisco Giants are hiring Maintenance Crew Members to join the Maintenance department. Crew members will help with the clean-up and full-service maintenance throughout the ballpark during events and baseball games.
Position Responsibilities:
**Responsibilities may vary depending on crew assignment
-Respond to any spills and/or any other cleaning-related duties when dispatched by maintenance supervisors/leads accordingly.
-Empty waste baskets, vacuum, dust, and clean windows in the assigned area.
-Understand the different types of waste that exist and separate appropriately while cleaning.
-Ability to access online timekeeping system to provide scheduling availability on a monthly basis and view scheduled shifts
-Clean toilets, counter tops, and stall partitions within bathrooms and other areas as directed by a lead.
-Keep assigned restrooms stocked and clean at all times.
-Sweep and mop designated areas which may include ramps, escalators, concourse areas, and restrooms.
-Ability to strip, wax, and buffer floors (not required, but a plus).Ability to clean and maintain carpets (not required, but a plus)
-Certified forklift driver (not required, but a plus)
Requirements:
-1 year Janitorial or porter experience (preferred)
-Required to stand, crouch, kneel, lift and/or move up to 20-50 lbs., and climb ladders as needed
-Organized, self-motivated, quick learner, with excellent work ethic
-Customer service experience
-Active mode of communication (i.e. phone number and email address)
-Ability to use electronic devices and the internet to access employee self service portals/timekeeping systems.
