  • Foundational Infrastructure & Process Optimization: Lead the evolution of the regional merchandising backbone. This includes reviewing end-to-end buying processes, establishing rigorous governance frameworks, and spearheading the transition to new planning and allocation systems.
  • Strategic OTB & Financial Stewardship: Own the regional Retail Open-to-Buy (OTB). You will develop clear investment strategies backed by thorough analysis to deliver sustainable, profitable growth while optimizing stock-turn and protecting gross margins.
  • Retail GTM Orchestration: Synchronize with Marketing, VM, and Store Ops to ensure the finalized product offer is executed flawlessly in-store. You will translate high-level seasonal visions into tactical, store-level execution plans.
  • In-Season Trading & Optimization: Lead the regional trading cadence. You are a solution driver who uses real-time data to pivot strategies—managing replenishment, regional stock transfers, and markdown cadences to maximize full-price sell-through.

  • Strategic Orchestrator: You possess the "influence without authority" needed to align cross functional partners (Regions, Marketing, Ops, Finance) behind a unified regional merchandise vision.
  • Data-Driven Merchandiser: You bridge the gap between financial targets and product assortment. You are equally comfortable deep-diving into spreadsheets to optimize stock-turn as you are championing the aesthetic and commercial potential of our apparel collections.
