Team

Our Growth team helps maximize the potential of each Voodoo product within the ecosystem. The team is split into several job expertise such as user acquisition, ad monetization, video ads, playable ads, and influencer marketers. Being part of the Growth Team at Voodoo requires a lot of operational excellence and creativity in order to constantly adapt ourselves to stay ahead of the rest of the market.

Role

As our ad network account and operations manager, you will be in charge of i) finding clients (with core focus on gaming vertical) willing to run performance campaigns on our inventory, ii) setting up the campaigns and iii) managing the relationship. Key tasks include:


  • Identify & reach out to clients, with a strong focus on gaming vertical
  • Proactively finding new ways to retain campaigns, build the client’s business and grow accounts.
  • Preparing presentations, leading client calls and regularly attending face to face meetings.
  • Manage campaigns strategy for different genres of games and apps (gaming, dating, social, shopping, etc)
  • Design and operate campaigns via our own ad network
  • Deeply analyze performance and its impact on product performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Working with global Product, Operations, Business Development and other groups within the company to fully support client needs.
  • Liaise with our internal teams for tech-related topics: SDK integrations, data and dashboarding, automation needs

  • Profile
  • 2+ years of experience as an Account manager/CSM in an Ad tech company
  • Relational Excellence: Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction at every touchpoint.
  • Data-driven and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and organization skills
  • A solid understanding of the ad tech ecosystem: SSP, DSP, or Ad Exchange should sound familiar
  • You’re familiar with user acquisition platforms (AppLovin, Iron source DSPs, etc.) and MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.)
  • Experience in statistical analysis tools is an advantage
  • Speak and write English
