About the Role: As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in accelerating revenue and business growth. Leveraging your knowledge of the music education marketplace, you will identify potential customers (Music Teachers & Fine Arts Stakeholders) and seek to build meaningful relationships with them. You will develop a deep understanding of their needs and desired outcomes and utilize your product expertise to successfully overcome doubts and obstacles, converting prospects into paying customers. This position will sit directly with the Sales team, work in close collaboration with the Customer Support and Customer Success Teams, Marketing Teams, and Product Teams, and report to the Sr. Manager of Sales.

Compensation:
Peaksware/MakeMusic is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The hourly range for this role in Colorado is $23.34 - $38.90/hour. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
In addition to base wage, this position will be eligible for an attractive performance-based variable compensation plan.

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment that is well-lighted, heated, and/or air-conditioned with adequate ventilation and a noise level that is usually moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets.
