Team
Our Growth team helps maximize the potential of each Voodoo product within the ecosystem. It is split into several job expertise such as user acquisition, ad monetization, video ads, and playable ads. Being part of the Growth Team at Voodoo requires operational excellence and creativity in order to constantly adapt ourselves to stay ahead of the rest of the market.
Role
You will work hand in hand with our VP Sales and be responsible for building and scaling our ad sales team in North America. You will drive our sales strategy, business development and execution, by selling our mobile inventory and advertising solutions to key brands, advertisers, and agencies.
You have experience building a sales pipeline with advertisers and agencies and executing throughout the sales funnel. You have a strong knowledge of the digital advertising, sponsorships, and programmatic landscape.
Your responsibilities will include:
Generate new business opportunities for the company by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customersUtilize CRM tools, cold calls, and email to generate new sales opportunitiesCreate and manage leads through the sales pipelineBuild and update a comprehensive mapping of decision makers at media agencies and direct advertisersProspect and close business with targeted media agencies and direct advertisers Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clientsAttend networking events and industry events to build relationships and generate leadsWork hand-in-hand with VP Sales to ensure sales strategy and cycle is well structuredReport and communicate effectively internally to coordinate resources (Ads Ops, Publishing Management, User acquisition, etc...) and effectively sell our inventoryProfileYou have a first successful experience (2/3 years) in sales role in the digital space, with a track record of exceeding lead targetsYou have an established network at media agencies and advertisersYou have a very good knowledge of the Media/Advertising ecosystem, and you like to keep up to date with innovations in this sectorYou are a natural hunter, leveraging all existing opportunities to identify and meet new prospectsCurious, dynamic, you show initiative on a daily basis and enjoy working in a teamYou have strong autonomy and driveYou are flawless in verbal and written communication skillsYou have great ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clientsYou are familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) softwareIf you are ambitious, enterprising, self-driven and looking for an exciting role in a dynamic and passionate environment, then join us!
