CLIENT SERVICES / Responsible for leading Octagon’s client business and day-to-day management of client programs.
**Priority location is Atlanta, GA, but the location of this position can be flexible for an Octagon office location (Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC, Chicago, IL, New York, NY, or Stamford, CT) located within either the Eastern or Central Time Zone, with priority given to candidates open to hybrid work (3 days a week in office) in one of these aforementioned office locations.**
As our new Account Manager, you will get to work on our clients’ 2026 FIFA World Cup partnership and help us bring it to life across North America. The right candidate will be bilingual in Spanish, have strong soccer experience, a proficient understanding of the retail industry, and solid client service credentials. You enjoy being part of a large team, possess strong problem-solving capabilities, and are very solutions-orientated.
To excel in this role, you must be a self-starter, a good multi-tasker, a quick learner, able to work fast and efficiently, and build strong relationships with our day-to-day clients. The responsibilities for this position will require travel to attend client meetings, live event executions, and work on the weekends.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
The base range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure, and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
