<div>In this role, you will go beyond operational invoice processing to act as a highly competent interface within financial accounting.

You combine a deep understanding of <strong>Accounting</strong> with a strong <strong>IT affinity</strong> to proactively shape our processes in an international environment (DACH, Poland, USA, UK, Australia).</div></br><b>Your position in our team</b></br><div>

<strong>End-to-End P2P Management:</strong> Take full ownership of the entire Purchase-to-Pay process, including invoice verification, account assignment, and payment runs.

<li>

<strong>Closing Accuracy:</strong> Actively contribute to monthly and annual closings; specifically, you will be responsible for <strong>accruals</strong> and reconciling the AP sub-ledger to the general ledger.

</li>

<li>

<strong>System Integration & Roll-outs:</strong> Lead the integration and support the implementation of new tools (<strong>Cobase</strong>, and <strong>Payhawk features</strong> such as Budgets & POs).

<li><strong>Master Data & Compliance:</strong> Maintain precise records in <strong>NetSuite</strong> and ensure strict adherence to internal policies and tax regulations.</li>

<strong>Solid Accounting Knowledge:</strong> You understand how your entries impact the <strong>P&L and Balance Sheet</strong> and are proficient in handling deferrals and accruals.

<strong>IT Affinity:</strong> You are comfortable working with ERP systems (ideally NetSuite) and modern payment tools (e.g., Payhawk); you enjoy optimizing software-driven workflows.

<strong>Proactive Problem Solver:</strong> You possess an extremely independent work style and high levels of self-organization.

You identify and resolve issues before they escalate.

<strong>Language Skills:</strong> <strong>Fluent English</strong> for international communication is required; <strong>good German skills</strong> are essential.

<li><strong>Experience:</strong> Ideally, you have prior experience working within a <strong>German business environment</strong> and are familiar with local accounting nuances.</li>
