Employment Type

This is a 1-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position, contingent on business needs and individual performance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent interpersonal skills and follow up closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of accounts payable processes

• Responsible for Accounts Payable activities in Singapore and Japan.
• Processing of vendor invoices in high volume.
• Processing of payment run for all modes of payments.
• Performing bank clearing, vendor reconciliations, etc
• Preparation of year-end audit schedules & timely submission of all statutory obligations such as audited accounts & filing of various returns.
• Liaising with auditors and responding to any queries.
• Review, validate & process refunds/reimbursements.

Requirements

• Proven ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with colleagues, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Diploma in accounting and any professional finance/accounting qualification
• Handles tasks independently and within a tight deadline.
• Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
