Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of the entire accounts payable process, from invoice verification to posting and payment processing.

Account reconciliation and resolution of discrepancies in the accounts payable area.

Execution of payment transactions and management of bank accounts.

Contribution to the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.

Contact person for suppliers and internal departments for all questions relating to accounts payable.

Support in the optimization and further development of accounts payable processes.

Collaboration in finance projects.

Your Profile:

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally as an accountant, or a comparable qualification.

Several years of professional experience in accounts payable.

Sound knowledge of Oracle NetSuite is highly appreciated.

Strong "hands-on" mentality and a proactive approach.

Proactive and independent working style.

Quick comprehension and ability to work under pressure.

Tech-savvy and proficient in MS Office applications.

Very good English skills, German language skills are an advantage.

Team player, strong communication skills and a high degree of responsibility.
