The Growth team will be at the forefront of accelerating Mindbody's already promising trajectory by leading customer acquisition across our multiple lines of business. We operate as a two-sided platform with B2B partners who buy our digital solutions and B2C consumers who schedule their health and wellness appointments via our Marketplace. As a Digital Marketing Lead, you will manage paid acquisition channels to generate high-quality leads for our B2B Sales team and facilitate growth in app downloads, website visits, and consumer bookings for the B2C Mindbody Marketplace.
The right team member will have a sharp analytical mindset, a passion for unlocking marketing innovation, and eagerness to master Growth Marketing skills and technologies. This role requires being proactive, demonstrating initiative, and the ability to thrive with limited guidance.
