Our Growth team helps maximize the potential of each Voodoo product (games, apps) within the ecosystem. The team is split into several job expertise such as user acquisition, ad monetization, video ads, playable ads, and influencer marketers. Being part of the Growth Team at Voodoo requires a lot of operational excellence and creativity in order to constantly adapt ourselves to stay ahead of the rest of the market.
RoleManage ad monetization strategy for different genres of apps (dating, social, shopping, etc)Design and operate AdOps via major ad mediation platformsDeeply analyze monetization performance and its impact on product performance to identify areas for improvement, including ad moderationRun A/B tests to optimize monetization efforts: test from A to Z, analyze results, and leverage themSetup and manage programmatic deals Make recommendations to influence the product, create new ad placements, and optimize ad integrations to impact the LTV of usersWork hand-in-hand with the product team on managing ads and iAP/subscription revenue Communicate with strategic partners & ad tech company contacts to build/maintain strong relationshipsLiaise with our internal teams for tech-related topics: SDK integrations, data and dashboarding, automation needsProfileExperience in the ad monetization ecosystem, for a product non-related to a gaming app (news, dating, social, etc)A solid understanding of the ad tech ecosystem: SSP, DSP, or Ad Exchange should sound familiarExperience working on tools such as Google Ad Manager or Amazon Transparent Ad MarketplaceData-driven and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and organization skillsDevelop proactive and efficient responses to pressing issues and challengesAdvanced knowledge of ExcelExperience in statistical analysis tools is an advantageA hacker and creative mindsetSpeak and write English
