As an Advertising Operations Executive, you will be responsible for end to end advertising campaign management in all the DAZN DACH properties. You will play a crucial role in managing advertising campaigns, ensuring optimal placement and timing of ads to maximize reach and effectiveness. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of advertising strategies and media platforms.

As our new Advertising Operations Executive (m/f/d), you’ll have the opportunity to:
  • Collaborate with clients or internal teams to understand advertising objectives and target audience demographics. 
  • Plan ad rotation schedules for broadcast media, considering factors such as program content, and ad placement regulations. 
  • Monitor advertising inventory availability and ad space reservations to meet campaign objectives. 
  • Manage the relationship with external partners.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to ensure timely delivery of advertising materials in accordance with campaign schedules. 
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize ad rotation and maximize ROI. 
  • Track advertising expenditure and reconcile invoices with contracted ad placements. 
  • Stay informed about advertising regulations and guidelines applicable to broadcast media in Germany. 
  • Ensure that advertising content complies with legal and regulatory requirements, including restrictions on content and timing. 
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance 
  • Analyse campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. 
  • Provide actionable recommendations for future campaigns based on performance analysis and market insights.

  • You'll have:
  • Proven experience in advertising campaign management, preferably in a broadcast media environment. 
  • Strong understanding of media planning principles, including audience targeting, reach, frequency, and media buying. 
  • Knowledge of Ad Server (Google Ad Manager preferred), SSPs, DSPs, Programmatic topics. 
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, media agencies, and broadcasters. 
  • Proficiency in advertising analytics tools and software for campaign performance tracking and analysis. 
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
