We are hiring an Analytics Manager to join the PSA Vault team. This team is responsible for the strategy and execution of scaling the PSA Vault, a key strategic initiative for the business. In addition to being a high security storage service for collectibles, the PSA Vault is integrated with multiple business units at Collectors to create a “one stop shop” for collecting. PSA Vault is at the center of a game-changing experience for storing, securing, authenticating, grading, buying, and selling collectibles.

This is a high impact role that will have exposure to all aspects of the business. The ideal candidate is an independent thinker with a bias for action, and is equal parts analytical, strategic, and entrepreneurial. This candidate will be familiar with core concepts across the technology landscape, and will have expertise in data modeling, marketing analytics and/or product analytics. Intellectual curiosity is a must, and prior experience or interest in D2C eCommerce and marketplace businesses is a bonus.

You’ll report directly to the Director of Growth for PSA Vault. The ideal candidate will be local to our Santa Ana, CA headquarters but remote or hybrid candidates who can travel will be considered. This will be discussed further as part of the recruiting process.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and improve core data models to support reporting and analytics across an integrated platform which allows customers to grade, vault, buy and sell collectibles
• Conduct in-depth analyses to identify opportunities to optimize existing customer experience flows, identify new opportunities, and inform business strategy; synthesize findings and make recommendations to stakeholders.
• Partner with data platform, engineering and product teams to define key metrics necessary to meet business objectives
• Build automated reports and dashboards to evaluate business performance and provide actionable insights to executives and stakeholders

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant product, data or analytics role, preferably with experience in consumer technology
• Expert experience pulling large, complex datasets using SQL and building data abstractions to support reporting and analysis, experience building data pipelines with dbt a plus
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Sisense, Mode, Looker, etc.
• Deeply analytical thinker who is passionate about using data to drive impact for customers and the business
• Self-starter and natural problem solver who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly organized and detail oriented
• Bachelor’s degree is required, candidates holding a Master's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field is strongly preferred.

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $115,611-$161,462. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set.
