As Project Manager (Operations, Non-Technical), you will report to the Director of Project Management and will play a critical role within the Enterprise PMO, leading high-impact, operations-focused projects across the organization. This role will focus on driving initiatives that improve and streamline operational processes, while also supporting broader enterprise operations projects as needed.
The Project Manager will drive cross-functional execution, operational readiness, and sustainable project delivery across automation and operations portfolios.
This position is based out of our Santa Ana, CA headquarters on a required hybrid schedule (on-site 3 days per week, non-negotiable). Candidates must also be able and willing to travel both domestically and internationally to support project execution and operational priorities.

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $119,340 - $161,460. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set. This role may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation, please ask your recruiter for details.
