About the Role

On the surface level, an Assistant Baseball Performance Coach at BRX Performance is like "an entry-level strength coach for baseball players." Dig deeper, and you'll see it's so much more: we're focused on creating life-changing experiences of athletic and personal transformation for athletes as we guide them with personalized training experiences at our state-of-the-art facility in Milwaukee WI. We take pride in being recognized as one of the best training facilities in the United States for baseball athletes. Since 2015 BRX has helped over 12,000 athletes, including over 323 college athletes and over 58 pros.

We are looking for great coaches, mentors, and leaders who want to help us fulfill our mission to "connect enthusiastic coaches with passionate athletes to create life-changing experiences in sport and in life."

While not every assistant coach is hired full-time after their 3-6 month contract ends, many have successfully transitioned. Between our last four employees in this role, two were hired at BRX after their 3-6 month term ended, and the other two accepted positions at some of the most widely recognized organizations in the country. Regardless, this role is ideal for those seeking more "in the trenches" experience, fulfilling college education requirements, or to get their foot in the baseball performance industry door while earning a fair wage.

We believe in industry-leading pay, shift schedules that are five days a week and don't involve split shifts, career development in any skill you want to learn, and, most importantly, the opportunity to make sports performance gym a lifelong career that allows for work-life harmony. If this sounds like something you have been looking for, apply now and we can not wait to meet you!
