Hinge Health Hybrid Model:
We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 2 days/week. We will be expanding to 3 days/week in the office beginning April of 2024.

About the Role:
Operations at Hinge Health spans clinicians (physical therapists, health coaches, NPs, MDs), support teams, workforce management and business operations. As the first hire of the operations analytics team, you’ll be working cross-functionally on projects ranging from discovering the right combination of clinical interventions balancing member needs and preferences, advancing the sophistication of our clinician performance management and influencing process redesign with root cause analyses. You will be a highly-visible, trusted partner for our operations leaders working on problems that haven’t been solved before at this scale in the digital health space.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in data analytics or business analytics working with business/ operational stakeholders. They have strong technical skills with the ability to write their own queries in SQL and run basic data manipulation and analyses using SQL. The ideal candidate also knows how to go deep into data, extract insights and develop compelling data visualizations in Tableau.  

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
  • Conduct root cause analyses and deep dives to determine the underlying drivers of member behaviors, clinical outcomes and landed costs 
  • Develop an operational mindset and drive analytics initiatives optimizing across member experience, clinical outcomes and business metrics 
  • Challenge prevailing assumptions and help leaders understand the key drivers of the issues
  • Work across functions, incorporate the right data sources and ensure the teams have visibility over the right KPIs

  • WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Experience in analytics with a focus on operational reporting (KPIs) and cross-functional analysis
  • Strong data visualization and communication skills with the ability to synthesize and tailor complex insights to the leaders
  • SQL, Python experience required
  • Prior experience with Tableau a must
  • A high attention to detail and the ability to QA data at a glance or in depth
  • Ability to work autonomously and with minimal guidance
