As an Associate Growth Manager, you will be responsible for helping to drive customers’ growth for Carry1st's Shop, and commercial success of Carry1st's shop. You will succeed by deeply understanding regional gamers’ needs, assisting in executing top-notch campaigns, analysing and reporting on campaigns, as well as working closely with other internal functions.

• Assist the growth manager in delivering top notch marketing & growth initiatives
• Conduct analysis and reporting for marketing & growth initiatives
• Ensure localization marketing activities are relevant to North African markets and delivered in timely manner
• Liaise with different marketing teams to achieve functional OKRs
• Develop ideas for customers' growth through our Carry1st shop and execute them

Requirements

• Previous growth or marketing work experience, preferably in an e-commerce company
• Self-driven and accountable with a high degree of ownership
• Good analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Problem-solving attitude combined with attention to details
