We are actively seeking candidates for the position of Talent Acquisition Partner to join our hybrid team based in Dallas, TX. This person will report to the Director, Talent Acquisition and be responsible for managing full life cycle recruiting efforts across our Learfield business units. This individual will identify, engage, assess, and secure the industry’s top talent while advancing our brand across multiple talent pools. This role will also consult and advise hiring managers and candidates through the Learfield selection process. They will build and maintain excellent relationships with executives and direct hiring managers across the business. Successful candidates will be able to proactively develop and nurture passive talent pools to execute the near and long-term recruiting vision at Learfield. * This position is temporarily located in Plano, TX and will move to Dallas, TX once we open our new headquarters in January 2025

 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting strategies for the designated role and market
  • Develop detailed sourcing strategies by identifying passive and active potential candidates using professional and social networking tools, employee/candidate referrals, industry user groups, web sourcing, and ATS searches
  • Develop and execute full-time campus recruiting strategy to fill entry-level sales and servicing roles. Establish and nurture relationships with career center staff, professors and alumni at target schools 
  • Leverage your thorough knowledge of Learfield's business and culture to help candidates fully comprehend and embrace the career opportunities the company can offer
  • Influence key stakeholders via recommendations based on historical data, current market knowledge and labor trends to driving hiring decisions
  • Advise hiring managers on the compensation process and collaborate with our Total Rewards team to craft a compelling offer package for the candidate
  • Closely follow defined TA processes to deliver a quality and consistent client/candidate experience
  • Maintain 100% data integrity in all TA systems
  • Lead and/or participate in various HR and TA projects to drive business function capabilities across the enterprise
  • Other TA Projects as needed

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Possess 2+ year of full-life cycle recruiting experience in the executive search or corporate TA space, preferably recruiting for technical positions across multiple locations/levels
  • Previous experience using Workday ATS is preferred
  • Experience building proactive pipelines utilizing networking channels
  • Demonstrated skill in providing an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience
  • Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Intermediate problem solving and decision-making skills; independent thinker and operator
  • Results driven and enjoys working in a collaborative team-based environment
  • Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Experience leading TA-related projects
