The Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Assurance Process Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for strategizing, developing, and executing projects tailored to meet the needs of our Data Operations department. You will contribute to the formulation of long-term strategies aimed at achieving Operational Excellence, while proficiently generating insightful reports and analyses to drive decision-making processes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and deliver projects driven by the Data Ops needs
• Contribute to long-term strategic plans for Operational Excellence
• Advanced Reporting and Analysis: Proficiently compile, articulate, and present both routine and ad-hoc reports and analyses.
• Find areas for improvement, create and implement plans
• Operational Efficiency Expertise: Identify operational waste and recommend mitigation strategies
• Knowledge and Operational Gap Analysis: identify weaknesses and implement strategies for their resolution
• Develop and implement projects according to business needs
• Analyze team and product performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain detailed product and operational documentation
• Collaborate with stakeholders ensuring smooth and efficient processes

Required skills:

• In-depth product expertise
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently
• Proactive attitude, demonstrating the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
• Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end
• Adaptability and agility
• Fluent written and verbal English
• Expertise in PowerBI for report maintenance and creation
• Understanding of Operational Excellence principles
• Basic knowledge of Lean Six Sigma theory
