Atlanta Falcons Energy Squad
The Atlanta Falcons are looking for talented, outgoing, energetic, and positive individuals to enhance the fan experience through entertainment and engagement. As a member of the Atlanta Falcons Energy Squad, you will be responsible for engaging and entertaining our guests as they experience all Mercedes-Benz Stadium has to offer!
*Please note: Applicants must be available to attend the in-person auditions in Atlanta, GA, on Saturday, April 27, 2024. If an applicant is selected during the hiring process, an invitation and audition details will be sent.
CORE FUNCTIONS:
- Create a fun, loud, positive atmosphere before, during, and after all Falcons home games and select events.
- Enhance the fan experience with giveaways, surprises and delights, small-group entertainment, signs, and other props.
- Lead fans in chants and contests to create enthusiastic energy.
- Engage with fans in numerous fan experience zones, including the Home Depot Backyard, the Front Porch, Dirty Birds Nest Tailgate, and the concourses.
- Shoot and throw t-shirts to fans during in-game breaks.
- Execute on-field promotions and activations as scripted.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High-Energy, Outgoing, and engaging personality
- Fun and unique talents or skills are preferred but not required
- Ability to work Atlanta Falcons home games (report time of 5 hours before kickoff, dismissal of 1 hour after the completion of the game)
- Must be available for a minimum of 8 games for the season
- Previous promotions and event experience are preferred
- Ability to be a team player and enjoy working in a team environment
- Knowledgeable about the Falcons and the NFL
- Must be able to submit availability and keep schedules
- Punctual, professional, and mature demeanor
- Ability to be on your feet for up to 8 hours and lift to 40 pounds
Must have reliable transportation to Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
