What We are looking for 

As an Atlassian Suite Admin, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Atlassian suite to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. Reporting to the IT Service Management team, you will spearhead the administration, configuration, and deployment of tools such as Jira Service Management and Confluence.

What you will work on

• Administer, configure, and optimize Atlassian tools, ensuring they meet organizational needs
• Support ITSM tasks, including incident, change, and problem management processes
• Design, implement, and support deployment of new tools within the Atlassian ecosystem
• Improve ITSM workflows to streamline operations and enhance service quality
• Partner closely with technical and business teams to align Atlassian tool configurations with organizational requirements
• Provide guidance, documentation, and training on best practices for Atlassian tool utilization
• Monitor system performance, ensure security compliance, and address potential issues proactively
• Stay updated on industry best practices and Atlassian product developments to optimize service delivery
  

 What you bring

• Minimum 2 years in an ITSM role with hands-on experience managing Atlassian tools (Jira Service Management, Confluence, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of Jira administration, workflow automation, and integration with third-party tools
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and experience in an IT Service Management environment
• Ability to analyze service management challenges and develop solutions using Atlassian tools
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• ITIL Foundation, Atlassian Certifications (Jira Administrator, Jira Service Management Administrator)
