BRX Performance is seeking a highly qualified and passionate Baseball Sport Performance Coach to join our team. As a Baseball Sport Performance Coach, you will play a crucial role in helping our athletes achieve their highest potential in baseball through customized training programs and expert coaching. Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive strength and conditioning programs for baseball athletes, tailored to their individual needs and goals.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize performance and reduce the risk of injuries.
  • Deliver high-quality coaching and instruction during training sessions, focusing on proper technique, intensity, and progression.
  • Collaborate with other coaches and performance staff to create integrated training programs that address athletes' overall development.
  • Track and monitor athletes' progress, utilizing performance metrics and testing protocols to evaluate their development and make necessary adjustments to training programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in strength and conditioning, sports science research, and baseball-specific training methodologies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with athletes, providing support, motivation, and guidance throughout their training journey.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or a related field.
  • Certification from a recognized strength and conditioning organization (e.g., CSCS, NSCA-CPT, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience as a strength and conditioning coach, preferably working with baseball athletes.
  • In-depth knowledge of baseball-specific movement patterns, biomechanics, and performance requirements.
  • Strong understanding of injury prevention strategies and corrective exercises for baseball athletes.
  • Excellent coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and communicate effectively with athletes.
  • Proficient in using technology for data tracking and analysis.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and prioritize tasks effectively.
