BRX Performance is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Online Baseball Sport Performance Coach to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide expert coaching and guidance to baseball athletes remotely, helping them maximize their athletic potential and achieve their performance goals. Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver personalized strength and conditioning programs for baseball athletes, tailored to their individual needs and performance goals.
• Conduct remote assessments and establish baseline data to inform program design and track progress.
• Provide ongoing virtual coaching and support, ensuring athletes are performing exercises correctly and progressing effectively.
• Utilize video analysis to provide feedback on technique and form.
• Engage with athletes through virtual platforms, providing motivation, education, and answering any questions or concerns they may have.
• Continuously educate yourself on the latest advancements in sports performance, strength and conditioning, and online coaching methodologies.
• Collaborate with other coaches and performance staff to provide a comprehensive and integrated training experience.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Experience with baseball athletes as a strength and conditioning or sport performance coach
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of baseball-specific movement patterns, biomechanics, and performance demands.
• Certification from a recognized strength and conditioning organization (e.g., CSCS, NASM-CPT, or equivalent).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coach and motivate athletes remotely.
• Experience with online coaching platforms and video analysis tools.
• Highly organized and self-disciplined, able to manage and prioritize a caseload of athletes.
• Technology literacy, including proficiency in using virtual coaching tools, spreadsheet software, and CRM systems.
