As our Benefits Analyst, you will be joining a team that leads the strategy, design, administration, governance, and compliance of our total rewards portfolio - including compensation, benefits, wellbeing, career development, and recognition. Reporting to our Global Benefits Manager, you will help manage and administer our global benefits portfolio.

This is a fixed-term contract position with a tentative end date of mid-April. 

What you'll do

  • Lead the administration of our global benefit programs, including: reviewing enrollment and election changes, support with escalated leave claims, beneficiaries, disability, distributions, and compliance 
  • Manage escalated benefit inquiries from employees by understanding each issue/request, reviewing available sources to identify the root issue, coordinate with external partners as needed, and communicating updates with employees to ensure timely and thorough resolution
  • Act as the primary point of contact for benefit vendor support and perform regular audits to ensure operational success 
  • Provide strategic support for the management of our global benefits programs - reviewing utilization and engagement data, coordinating and reviewing communications, supporting new hire onboarding, benchmarking for competitiveness, and maintaining compliance 
  • Partner with HRBPs, managers, employee resource groups and employees to understand employee needs and support inclusive solutions to problems 
  • Support implementation of new programs and initiatives as needed

Who you are

  • An organized project manager with an open-minded approach to problem solving and strategic analysis 
  • A flexible, empathetic person who understands how to prioritize and balance competing priorities in alignment with business and department goals
  • An exceptional communicator, skilled at translating complex ideas to all levels in an organization
  • A team player with a desire to consistently improve efficiency and quality of delivery
  • Someone with a minimum of 1 year in benefits administration 
  • Someone with knowledge of regulatory requirements in the US (international markets a plus)
  • A Workday user
  • Someone who can start as soon as possible

The compensation for this role is $55/hr. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
