Position Title: Benefits Content Associate
Reporting To: Manager, Strategy & Operations
Location: Newton, MA (preferred), Chapel Hill, NC, New York, NY, or Minneapolis, MN
Compensation Information: Benefits Content Associate 1 ($60,000-$70,000)
Position Summary:
As part of the Health Content team, the primary mission is to develop, build, refine, and analyze benefits-related content and tooling that supports Well’s goal to offer end-to-end support for all members to improve total health and reduce costs. The benefit content and tooling involves health related perks or advantages offered by companies to their employees. This can include everything from health insurance, to an EAP, to a Telehealth solution, and more.
