The main obligations of this position are assistance in the human resources and office processes of the company. This is a wide-ranging role, combining human resources, administrative and office management tasks, including employees' lifecycle assistance, maintaining employees' files, participating in the planning of employee engagement initiatives, etc.

Responsibilities:
 
·        Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
·        Assist with maintaining the internal HR personnel documentation from hire to retire
·        Administrates the absences of the employees
·        Assist with employee engagement in Bulgaria
·        Update spreadsheets systematically to track progress
·        Ensure a professional a positive experience for employees throughout their career path in the company
·        Collect required documents from candidates and employees
·        Take part in other employee-related activities of the HR department such as events organization, employee feedback exchange, administration, logistics, office management, etc.
·        Additional duties might be assigned as required.
 
Requirements:
 
·        Fluent in English (written and spoken)
·        Previous experience as an HR assistant/Office Assistant
·        Strong organizational and time management skills
·        A Pro-active approach towards the day-to-day work and desire to bring new ideas on board
·        Attention to detail and strict compliance with deadlines
·        Excellent computer literacy including Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
·        Positive and fresh attitude
·        Reliable and responsible
·        An ability to work autonomously and independently
·        Able to work in and out of the office
·        Motivated to learn and develop
