We are currently looking for a Bookkeeper to join the London team (Old Street). This role sits within the Settlement Team and is responsible for several clients.

Key Responsibilities include;

• Assisting with maintaining and reconciling Client (Artist) accounts on Sage 200
• Daily payment run, foreign payments and daily chaps
• Weekly filing of artist statements
• Raising commission invoices on a weekly basis
• Weekly reconciliation of currency conversion accounts
• Weekly commission currency exchange rates added to bespoke CRM
• Weekly refund preparation, including liaising with promoters to telephone verify bank details
• Renaming receipts and uploading to bespoke CRM
• Prepare data for FEU return

Requirements

• Experience within a Bookkeeping role ideally within the music live events/touring industry
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and to anticipate issues that may arise proactively and quickly determine next steps

• Meticulous attention to detail
• Must be able to effectively perform tasks in a fast-paced working environment
