As part of the Media team, this role sits at the centre of live broadcast delivery across Ladbrokes and neds racing channels. You’ll help ensure customers receive accurate, timely, and high-quality racing coverage - right when it matters most. Working across scheduling, production, and control room operations, you’ll play a hands-on role in keeping broadcasts running smoothly.

Your Impact

• Coordinate rundowns, playlists, content, and linking circuits to ensure accurate and on-time broadcast delivery
• Prepare and check transmission rundowns to minimise on-air risk and maintain broadcast quality
• Operate control room systems including graphics, vision switching, and audio to deliver live content
• Make real-time operational decisions aligned to production needs and channel style guidelines
• Collaborate with Scheduling, Production, Master Control, and Raceday teams to keep broadcasts aligned and responsive

What You’ll Bring

• Experience or qualification in broadcasting, digital media, or a related field
• Solid understanding of broadcast operations, workflows, and live transmission environments
• High attention to detail, with a track record of managing rundowns, schedules, and live outputs accurately in time-sensitive settings
• Ability to operate under pressure - making clear, timely decisions while reducing risk of on-air errors

Great to Have

• Experience operating control room equipment such as graphics, vision switching, or audio
• Familiarity with racing, sports, or live event broadcasting
• Experience working with external media providers or broadcast partners
