The Esports team plays a pivotal role in designing and bringing to life the most amazing esports products for the community. They contribute to creating exceptional experiences that resonate with users and elevate the world of esports. 

As a Technical Operator at our Riyadh facility within EFG, your responsibilities will include planning and coordinating productions during the pre-production phase, and setting up your own workstation accordingly. Additionally, you will operate various broadcast control rooms and manage overall production facility workspaces of varying scopes and sizes. You will hold a pivotal role, overseeing productions and operations independently, with leadership support from local managers. Your responsibilities will also entail supervising production personnel required for project delivery.

What You'll Do

• Lead the pre-production and planning phases of productions and projects, ensuring effective communication with all relevant stakeholders to gather necessary and critical information for resource allocation purposes;
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment before, after, and during productions;
• Provide technical support and assist the crew with technical matters;
• Manage productions of varying scales, serving either as a solo control room operator or in key technical positions to execute shows in accordance with the editorial run of the show;
• Communicate with various internal stakeholders;
• Continually develop our internal systems and production workflows; 

What you'll need:

• Ownership of productions and issues;
• React and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively;
• You must be able to communicate clearly;
• Technical and operational understanding of broadcast gear from the prevalent brands (VMIX, Bitfocus Companion, Dante);
• Possess extensive experience in control room operations as an operator, with a deep understanding of relevant hardware and software utilized in production facilities.
• Previous experience in Broadcast or Event productions (nice to have at least 2 years previous experience);
