Job Description

**Job Description**

This role will be based in Warsaw (hybrid working) and working on the Italian market the role is to drive new business and develop revenue from existing clients in the mid market vertical. You will run and manage sales outreach programs to drive leads and pipeline for new business. Big part of this role is to work closely with EMEA lead to ensure new business and renewal targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow closely the commercial client strategy for Mid Market to develop sales pipeline, support country leads and drive new business.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strong partnerships to expand Nielsen’s presence and market share amongst brands in your specific category.
  • Build a sales pipeline for EMEA/Italy through the use of sales development tools (Zoom Info, Linked in Navigator, Salesforce)
  • Be responsible for and report on lead and sales pipeline and sales targets.
  • Gain full understanding of the Nielsen products and offerings.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including post-sales servicing, customer success, marketing, product, and finance, to align sales efforts with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients including agencies, and advertisers, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring client satisfaction.

 

**Qualifications**

Skills and Requirements 

  • Proven commercial experience, preferably in the client sector
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Very strong understanding of the Inside sales and process and tools. (Zoom Info, Linked in Navigator, Salesforce)
  • Proven track record of sales experience and Inside sales with Leads generation, Outreach campaigns etc.
  • Commercial acumen
  • Very good pipeline management skills
  • Strong client focus
  • Outstanding negotiation skills and ability to influence experts
  • Knowledge of media landscape and audience measurement solutions
  • Knowledge of the advertising and media market landscape
  • Highly proficient verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
