As a Business Operations Specialist at CD PROJEKT RED, you'll help manage our growing publishing pipeline, ensuring smooth cooperation with distributors and keeping business development projects on track. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive new opportunities and maintain efficient workflows across all departments.
 

Daily Responsibilities

• Analyse promotions and SRP/WSP
• Manage communication with physical distributors to ensure smooth coordination of sales and promotions.
• Conduct market research to identify new collaboration opportunities, revenue streams, and distribution channels.
• Track the progress of all business development projects, identifying potential bottlenecks and ensuring deadlines are met through cross-departmental collaboration.
• Knowledge management: research, catalog, and maintain industry reports, data, and other relevant information in an organized and accessible format for the team.
• Supervision of anti-piracy efforts.
• Respond to inquiries received via the external business email.
• Administrative maintenance of internal promotional and sales files.
