About the role

As the Casino Content Manager, you'll be instrumental in shaping and optimising Midnite's casino content. Your role involves developing casino content strategies tailored to different player levels, collaborating closely with our CRM and UA teams on campaign planning, coordinating with Customer Success to ensure smooth operations, and fostering strong relationships with our Casino suppliers. Your insights will be pivotal in enhancing player satisfaction and retention, ultimately setting Midnite apart in the market. 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for uploading and managing casino content, ensuring timely updates and maintaining the gaming library.
• Curate a roadmap of in-house and 3rd party games aligned with key partners, optimised based on performance analysis.
• Collaborate with CRM and UA teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns leveraging casino content for player acquisition and retention.
• Own and manage relationships with casino suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
• Work closely with the Customer Success team to address player inquiries and feedback related to casino content, ensuring a seamless gaming experience.
• Drive content development based on customer insights and data sources.
• Ensure compliance and localisation of gaming products in selected markets.
• Provide regular updates on content performance and delivery progress against roadmap deliverables.

About you

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with expertise in the UK & Ireland gambling markets.
• Proven track record in casino content management, understanding game mechanics and player behaviour.
• Industry expertise in slots, live casino, gaming content providers, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data for informed decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Familiarity with CRM and UA tools is preferred.
• Customer-centric approach, prioritising customer needs in decision-making.
• Commercially savvy, understanding business KPIs and market dynamics.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics, and Looker, and capable of training others.
