Job Summary: 

Reporting to the Casino Manager for Superbet Brazil, you'll work closely with local teams alongside compliance, commercial, and operations colleagues across multiple time zones. It's a hands-on role for someone who enjoys owning workflows end-to-end and using data to improve the player experience.

What you'll do

• Partner with cross-functional teams to help bring casino vertical go-to-market initiatives to life, in line with business priorities.
• Support the Casino Manager in managing casino game supplier relationships, including exclusivity arrangements and promotional deals.
• Help keep casino lobbies fresh, modern, and competitive by optimizing game placement, refreshing banners, and balancing commercial drivers with exclusive game opportunities.
• Be part of the team that other departments turn to for casino game input, sharing recommendations based on player preferences, behaviour, and business objectives.
• Contribute to player-journey optimization and help ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
• Keep an eye on casino performance and customer support channels to spot and resolve game issues or friction points.
• Build a continuous feedback loop with the Casino Manager to surface and address friction in the customer experience.
• Maintain a strategic oversight of the iGaming market, focusing on emerging innovations, exclusive promotions, and bespoke content. Monitor competitors, social media, and player bases to ensure we remain consistently positioned one step ahead of the industry.

What you'll bring

• Fluent in English, since all collaboration with internal and external stakeholders happens in English.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to comfortably juggle multiple workflows and stakeholders.
• An analytical mindset and a willingness to navigate data, find insights, and use them to support performance.
• A proactive approach and natural drive to take initiative.
• Comfort working independently within a hybrid model and collaborating across distributed teams.
• Experience in the casino or iGaming industry is a plus. If not, a genuine interest in the online casino space goes a long way.
• Comfortable with occasional business travel.
