• Has managed complex marketing projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Constantly uses data in goal setting & decision making.

• Has a consistent experience with digital marketing.
• Is capable of translating business objectives into brand & marketing actions with clear impact.
• Has good knowledge of the Romanian entertainment industry.
• Is proactive in promoting Super Technologies’ casino brands’ interests with both internal and external audiences.
• Has analytical and strategic skills. 
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in a multi-market and multinational environment.
• Strives to integrate relevant AI tools in marketing projects.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop Super Technologies’ casino marketing strategy in Romania, focusing on a multi-brand approach.
• Reporting and aligning with Head of Casino and Head of Brand functions.
• Coordinate all casino marketing projects, including creative resources, brand & acquisition campaigns, content & entertainment projects, sponsorship activations.
• Manage complex multi-disciplinary resources (research, brand, marketing, sponsorship, media, content) ecosystem.
• Ensure proper resource allocation in line with business objectives.
• Constantly monitor the performance of casino marketing yearly plans.
• Looking for international best practices that are relevant for our Romanian business.
• Ensuring compliance with local regulations for Super’s casino marketing campaigns.
