THE POSITION

The Casino Business Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Business Operations team to support FanDuel Casino’s operational strategy and assist the Casino Business Operations analysts ensuring alignment across the organization

(e.g., commercial, engineering, marketing, customer operations). At the same time, the Casino Business Operations coordinator will help monitoring game performance, spotting trends/criticalities, and reporting their findings to the Casino Business Operations team.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

Work to provide support to product function including insights for business cases, and help to understand key drivers of business performance

• Gather real time data to assist in the creation, modification, and development of processes and procedures, provide additional context to key stakeholders (internal and external), and better understand day-to-day casino business operations
• Monitor business operations performance, key drivers and trends, and report regularly to the business operations team
• Understand the FanDuel casino customer experience end to end (e.g., game rules and strategy, jackpots, RTP, UX, promos, CS) and work to support further improvements to raise the bar for customer experience across the business
• Create and maintain automated reporting processes visible to group-wide teams
• Participate in presentations focused on using analysis to drive better business outcomes
• Field and fulfill requests for various business inquiries (e.g., competitor analysis, identifying areas of underperformance)
• Basic understanding of the compliance and regulatory environment

THE STATS

• Minimum of 2 years office or administrative work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent in leu of specific experience
• Understanding of gaming industry a huge plus
• Strategic Mind-set: takes a long-term view and anticipates future trends and implications

• Strong business acumen, specifically in written communication & explanation of important details to internal and external audiences

The applicable hourly range for this position is $25.00- $32.00, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
