We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in a similar position of at least 3 years;
• Has a Bachelor's/Master's studies in economics;
• Has experience in coordinating accounting teams of at least 5 members with good people management skills;
• Proves excellent knowledge of Romanian accounting standards;
• Proves solid knowledge of taxation;
• Has good knowledge and experience in preparing financial statements;
• Is a fluent English speaker;
• Has advanced Excel skills;
• Has excellent communication skills with high organizational abilities;

Bonus points if you:

• Are a CECCAR member;
• Have experience working with Mycrosoft Dynamics;
• Have experience working in a group of companies;

What you'll be doing:

• Work closely with other Chief Accountants responsible for different legal entities; 
• Timely closing of the monthly balance sheet for the dedicated legal entity;
• Active participation in the annual statutory and consolidated audit process of the dedicated legal entity;
• Preparation of annual financial statements and half-yearly reports;
• Preparation of mandatory fiscal declarations, including: VAT, profit tax, other taxes;
• Registration of accounting operations related to the company's patrimony;
• Inventory control, receipts and unpaid payments;
• Complete maintenance of financial reports;
• Develop and implement internal financial control procedures;
• Ensure the company adjusts to all financial, accounting, legislative and tax regulations;
• Organize and keep records of the inventory of fixed assets following the legislation;
• Financial-accounting records;
• Supervision of tax payment procedures and other financial, fiscal, and statistical reports;
• Assistance in case of financial controls by the state institutions;
• Supervise, coordinate and motivate the accounting team;
• Training the team members;
