NOBULL is currently seeking a Chief Supply Chain Officer. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and efficient flow of products from manufacturing to the hands of our customers. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of supply chain processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead a dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing the end-to-end supply chain, driving cost efficiencies, and enhancing overall operational performance. Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement the overall supply chain strategy aligned with the company's business objectives. 
  • Analyze market trends and in collaboration with cross functional teams, optimize production process, reduce risk and hit production targets.  
  • Lead the development of KPIs and team goals in collaboration with executive leadership to align supply chain goals with overall corporate strategy. 
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices in supply chain management. 

  • Supplier Management:
  • Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with suppliers to optimize cost, quality, and delivery. 
  • Establish and manage key supplier relationships throughout the supplier lifecycle, including identification, qualification, selection, and contract negotiation 

  • Inventory Management, Distribution and Logistics:
  • Oversee inventory planning and management to minimize stockouts and excess inventory. 
  • Implement effective demand forecasting methods to optimize inventory levels and enhance supply chain responsiveness. 
  • Manage transportation, distribution, and logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. 
  • Optimize distribution networks to reduce lead times and shipping costs. 

  • Operational Efficiency:
  • Streamline and optimize supply chain processes to improve overall operational efficiency. 
  • Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for suppliers and drive improvements in the supply chain including quality, delivery, and cost 

  • Risk Management and Compliance:
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions in the global supply chain, transportation issues, and geopolitical challenges. 
  • Develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions and ensure business continuity. 
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. 
  • Drive sustainability initiatives within the supply chain, including responsible sourcing and environmental considerations. 

  • Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, finance, and marketing, to align supply chain activities with overall business goals. 
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and communication within the supply chain team and across the organization. 
  • Oversee Sourcing, Development, Distribution, Logistics and China Operations team. 

  • Requirements:
  • 15+ years’ experience in Supply Chain roles required  
  • Proven experience in a senior supply chain management role within the footwear and apparel industry. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles, logistics, and inventory management. 
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and technologies. 
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
