THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Client B2B Engagement Manager (Planner) to our Wellbeing Engagement team in Sao Paulo! 

The Client B2B Engagement Manager (Planner) develops and assists clients in building a corporate culture of wellbeing through services and programs designed to help their employees lead happier and healthier lives. Through effective multi-modal strategy and curriculum branding, measurement, and program coordination functions, this role enables Wellbeing Engagement and learner experience success. Responsibilities include performance management, campaign strategies, and continuous improvement of content delivery methods that span digital, on-demand, and in-person at our client locations, for optimal training approaches, learner outcomes, and to bring the Wellhub culture

YOUR IMPACT

  • Planning, development, and monitoring of campaigns for employee engagement through HR for large companies;
  • Establish and align clear objectives (such as training effectiveness, value, and impact) and sustainability strategies for the delivery approach, innovations, and core role curricula of training programs.
  • Monitor key metrics and measures to assess the effectiveness and impact of training initiatives on learners and business results, considering both customer and business perspectives.
  • Supervise all program and project management activities in assigned programs, projects, and workstreams to support Wellbeing Engagemnt and Client Success needs.
  • Collect best practices and share them with relevant multi-stakeholder groups and the Customer Engagement Training leadership to foster a collaborative environment and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular reviews with key business stakeholders to ensure that existing training programs meet business and strategic requirements, and gather feedback on necessary changes.
  • Interaction with the Global team for campaign alignment, results tracking, and the development of new projects;
  • Project monitoring for JCP (Joint Communication Plan) with clients, involving the execution team;
  • Collaboration with related areas for the development of new projects and campaigns;
  • Control and management of the communication calendar, respecting SLAs (Service Level Agreements)

  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques;
  • Data knowledge and analysis skills;
  • Prioritization skills to balance a high level of demand flow;
  • Resilience to work in an environment with frequent changes and different scenarios;
  • Critical and analytical vision of projects and their impacts on the entire ecosystem;
  • Performance-oriented, data driven; organized;
  • Strong organization skills and ability to successfully manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously;
  • Enthusiastic, demonstrates initiative, discipline, and results-oriented;
  • Possesses a diverse perspective, respects and coexists well with differences;
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship with the team, related areas, and partners;
  • Willingness to contribute to making the world a better and healthier place;
  • Experience in project and planning areas;
  • Proficient in the Google suite (Google Sheets and Google Slides);
  • Advanced English.
