OVERVIEW:
Sportradar is a worldwide leader in sports data and audiovisual services for bookmakers. Sportradar is now looking to recruit a Client Partner team and drive growth for our Digital Advertising Sales globally.
THE CHALLENGE:
Upselling:
- Enhance Value: Encourage clients to upgrade to a higher-tier product or service that offers additional features and benefits, demonstrating how the upgraded option can better meet their needs and provide enhanced ROI.
- Leverage Feedback: Utilize customer feedback and needs assessments to identify opportunities for upselling, ensuring that you position the higher-tier options as solutions that address specific challenges the client faces.
Cross selling:
- Complementary Solutions: Introduce clients to complementary products or services that enhance the functionality or effectiveness of their current offerings, showcasing how these additional solutions can provide a more comprehensive approach to their needs.
- Bundling Offers: Create attractive bundled packages that combine products or services at a discounted rate, making cross-selling more appealing and illustrating the additional value they can receive.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations that highlight the features and benefits of the technology solutions.
- Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and pain points of potential clients.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide ongoing support.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients during the sales process and beyond.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the sales team and account management to develop effective sales strategies and tactics tailored to the entrusted clientele.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to adapt sales approaches accordingly.
Opportunities Management
- Mastering the opportunities stages from Suspect to commitment
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Effectively handle objections and work to close deals in a timely manner.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with all internal stakeholders including, product sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment in messaging and product offerings.
- Provide feedback from clients to inform product enhancements and product strategies.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in SF.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management to track performance against targets.
Training and Onboarding:
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new sales team members, sharing best practices and industry knowledge.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and continue professional development to improve sales skills.
Customer Feedback and Market Insights:
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and inform the VP/SVP.
- Consolidate knowledge to understand client needs, competitive positioning, and industry challenge
Budget Management:
- Manage sales budgets and expenditures to ensure alignment with overall company financial goals.
- Monitor sales metrics to evaluate performance and make necessary adjustments
YOUR PROFILE:
- A minimum 8 years of experience in Sales or other client-facing functions
- Strong background in sales and marketing, with demonstrated success growing business and building long-term relationships with clients
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Fluent Russian speaker
- Understanding of the sports betting eco-system is a plus
- Passionate about sports and iGaming
