CLIENT SERVICE COORDINATOR

THE RUNDOWN

Playfly Sports is looking for a Client Service Coordinator to join our team in Chicago.

The Client Service Coordinator (CSC) supports revenue growth across all Linear and Digital offerings within an assigned set of accounts by assisting agencies and clients throughout the sales process. The CSC develops a strong understanding of Playfly’s integrated Linear and Digital solutions and manages the fulfillment of advertising orders from initial placement through invoicing and payment.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH

· Review sales packages and book advertisement orders for multiple agencies across regional sports networks using the internal ad management system

· Monitor airtime to ensure advertising orders meet contractual deliverables; resolve discrepancies by rebooking orders in coordination with Account Executives and Client Service Representative

· Function as first-level support for advertising agencies, addressing value requests, questions, and order revisions, and escalating complex issues as needed

· Collaborate with and support Client Service Representative on all account stewardship and client management processes

· Support sales operations through billing and reconciliation, ensuring accurate client invoicing and timely resolution of issues

· Create, update, and format client-facing Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations, revising data and refining design to support sales and client communications

· Provide background research on potential client targets and industry categories at the request of senior sales team members

· Attend sales meetings, edit proposals, and complete administrative tasks to support the end-to-end sales process

· Manage priorities across assigned accounts under the direction of senior sales team members

· Build industry knowledge and stay current on relevant sports issues, events, and market trends

· Perform other job-related duties as assigned

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

· High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred

· Previous office or administrative experience required

· Experience in a related field or a fervent desire to build a career in sports media preferred

· Interest in and general understanding of the sports industry

· Familiarity with WideOrbit, STRATA, or similar ad management systems preferred

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

· High attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

· Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

TRAVEL, LIFTING, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

· This role takes place in an office setting and is a sedentary role

· Minimal travel may be required to attend meetings, conduct trainings, etc.

Compensation

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. 

The base pay range for this role is:
$40,000$50,000 USD
