THE OPPORTUNITY

Be the next Client Success Strategic Programs Manager to work on our Global Client Success Strategy team! This area is responsible for defining the CS strategy for execution by the regional teams and voicing the customer to other teams, fostering a client-centric culture.

This professional will partner with our Client Success (B2B) teams in all regions (Brazil, SS Latam, US, and Europe) to crack the most important strategic topics for our Client Success organization. A highlight of this position is the significant exposure to senior leadership!

This person will help Wellhub to ensure consistency across its Client Success teams and play a key role in overcoming the most challenging hurdles this organization faces. The scope consists of a mix of Commercial Strategy definition & execution, Project Management, Processes Mapping & Optimization, and support in training.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Play a key role in the global decision-making process of the Client Success organization, strategy, and planning
  • Lead the design of strategies, projects, processes mapping/optimization toward commercial effectiveness
  • Be a strategic partner to Regional & Local Client Success leadership
  • Drive the adoption and engagement of clients by providing guidance, best practices (internal/external) and support to the Client Success teams from different countries;
  • Play a pivotal role in ensuring commercial consistency and excellence across all regions & countries (e.g.: Communication, Training & Onboarding Programs, etc)
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with the internal stakeholders, but also look for external benchmarks;
  • Work with data to define priorities and action plans
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Relevant experience in Go-To-Market, Enablement, and/or in a Customer Success role (CSM or Account Management), management consulting firm, technology firm, or  global SaaS organization. Prior experience in management consulting will be a plus;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, in English and Portuguese. Able to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership across various regions;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions and actions;
  • Experience in project management;
  • Independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations
  • A team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles
