Midi is seeking an experienced Clinical Escalations & Experience Lead to join our growing healthcare team. This is a unique opportunity to shape patient experience and clinical quality at a fast-growing virtual care clinic for women in midlife. Business Impact 📈

• Serve as the primary contact for patient complaints and escalations involving clinical care decisions, potential safety risks, or interdisciplinary disagreements.
  
  
• Coordinate clinical reviews with NPs, Medical Directors, and Clinical Quality leaders.
  
  
• Liaise with patients to explain Midi’s clinical rationale in a compliant, empathetic manner.
  
  
• Maintain documentation of escalations, decision rationale, and outcomes.
  
  
• Identify patterns or trends and escalate systemic risks to Legal, Clinical Leadership, or Compliance.
  
  
• Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Product, Clinical Education, and Patient Experience teams.
  
  
• Present trends and quarterly summaries to ELT as part of quality review dashboards.
  
  

What you will need to succeed: 🌱

• Availability: 5 days per week, 8-hour shift (exact schedule TBD)
  
  
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or related field (RN, NP, or clinical background strongly preferred)
  
  
• 3+ years in healthcare operations, risk management, or clinical quality
  
  
• Strong understanding of clinical care delivery, particularly in telehealth or women’s health
  
  
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  
  
• Ability to synthesize legal, clinical, and patient experience perspectives
  
  
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail

3. Final Interview with Practice Manager (30 min Zoom)
