Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Governance & Quality Specialist to support the development and implementation of Intellect’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across our global operations. This role is essential in maintaining the quality and compliance of our services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of care and efficiency.

You will be reporting to the Head of Clinical Governance, and you will be closely working with the Care Operations team, and other internal teams in planning, implementing, assessing and refining our SOPs.

SOP Development and Maintenance:

  • Assess the need for SOP development, including gaps in current SOPs
  • Help research and draft SOPs, under guidance, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and legal standards
  • Collaborate with team members in revising and fine-tuning SOPs
  • Plan scenarios for various operational situations.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Review and update process for SOPs
  • Actively collect and integrate feedback from staff and clients
  • Assist in managing and organizing SOP documentation

Training Assistance and Compliance Monitoring:

  • Delivery training sessions on SOPs to staff
  • Monitor SOP compliance and address non-compliance issues

Continuous Improvement Initiatives:

  • Establish performance metrics and identifying process optimization opportunities

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Keep stakeholders informed about SOP developments.
  • Coordinate with external parties as required.

Crisis Management Support:

  • Develop and maintain crisis management SOPs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Public Health, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of working experience in relevant role
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is highly preferred
  • Good understanding of mental health care regulations and compliance
  • Strong communication, writing and collaboration skills
  • Technological proficiency, particularly in telehealth platforms
  • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work with diverse teams
  • A growth mindset towards learning, constantly unlearning, relearning, and reintegrating new skills
