Join Intellect and help shape the future of workplace mental health in Australia
Intellect is a modern mental health company on a mission to make high quality mental healthcare more accessible, effective, and measurable.
We partner with organisations to deliver evidence based mental health support, and we are helping redefine workplace mental health in Australia through strong clinical governance, psychosocial risk capability, and outcomes focused care.
We are now hiring an AHPRA registered Clinical Psychologist for a full time, hybrid role, based in Sydney or Perth.
This is a unique opportunity for a psychologist who wants more than a traditional therapy role. You will combine direct clinical care with workplace assessments, psychosocial risk work, stakeholder partnership, crisis response support, and research collaboration.
Approximately 50% of the role is focused on therapy and psychological assessments, with the remaining scope focused on broader clinical and organisational work. The compensation package for this role consists of base salary, superannuation, and employee stock options.
